I really appreciated receiving your catalog. As an original Ohioian,I have been purchasing and loving your products for over 25 years!! Moving South they were impossible to locate and sorely missed!! Unfortunately when I just purchased 6 jars of Sweet Dill Strips ordered thru Walmart but shipped direct to my AR home thru UPS from your factory only 5 jars arrived safely. The outside shipping carton looked fine but and the inside carton was soaked with 1 jar totally smashed and lots of broken glass!! What a mess!! Your products are fantastic and were a sorely missed item in my pantry (over half of one jar is already gone in less than 1 week). Just wish the shipping was better. I'd like to feel confident that future shipments of your several delicious products items will arrive in good condition.
